There is a $19.00 administration fee if you choose to use an external pharmacy.
To be eligible for bulk billing you must:
- Hold a valid Medicare or DVA card
- Be consulting face-to-face, or have had a face-to-face consult with one of our clinicians within the last 12 months
- Be consulting with an eligible clinician (see Our Team for details)
An administration fee of $19 applies for patients requesting their prescriptions be sent to an external pharmacy. This fee does not apply to patients using the Cann I Help Dispensary. This does NOT apply to patients approved for the Medcan Australia Compassionate Access Program.
A total of 5 standard prescriber follow-up consultations are provided for free in a 12-month period. If all 5 have already been used a consultation fee of $75 applies.
$49 fee to upgrade from a free standard follow up to an extended follow up. If all 5 free standard follow up consults have been used, this appointment is charged at $100.

Cann I Help Pty Ltd is part of Medcan Australia Pty Ltd. Medcan Australia is involved in the cultivation, manufacturing, wholesaling and supply of plant-based medications within Australia. Medcan Australia may derive revenue from products recommended or prescribed by Cann I Help clinicians. Cann I Help clinicians are clinically independent and do not receive any financial incentives from the organisation related to recommending or prescribing any plant based medicinal products.
