Cann I Help is an Australian telehealth clinic that connects eligible patients with qualified healthcare practitioners for the assessment of medicinal cannabis, including prescription therapies where clinically appropriate. Our team focuses on patient access, continuity of care, and a patient-centred approach to holistic wellbeing.
You may be considered eligible for a medicinal cannabis if you have a chronic condition lasting longer than three months and conventional treatment options have either been ineffective or caused adverse effects.
Eligibility is determined through a telehealth consultation, beginning with an initial nurse consultation, followed by review by a qualified prescribing practitioner where appropriate.
For safety reasons, Cann I Help is unable to prescribe to:
- Women who are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding
- Patients with unstable cardiovascular conditions
- Patients with a history of psychotic or schizoaffective disorders
Final suitability is determined by the treating practitioner based on individual medical history.
Patients can book a telehealth appointment online and attend their consultation from home. At the scheduled time, a member of our healthcare team will contact you for your appointment.
If appropriate, a treatment plan may be discussed, and any prescriptions are issued strictly in accordance with prescribing regulations.
Yes! Cann I Help does not charge consultation fees. All appointments are completely free.
